Love the burst of light in the first picture. It almost looks unreal. So perfect. Did you capture it or it was added? 

It is interesting how in second photo you’ve got a reflection, but besides that you also have leaves on the water creating different texture.

Oksana, thanks for your comment.  In the first picture, I captured the burst of light on site.  I moved around to get the best angle to take the picture of the burst of light.  In the second picture, I usually like to create a symmetrical reflection of water and objects above water.  I did some cropping to make it looks more perfect.

Erwin, thanks for your comments.  I used a Nikkor 18-55mm AF VR II lens to take this picture.  As of now, I am still a Nikon guy.
