When you’re at the right time at the right place and by coincidence holding a camera in your hand, you might just get lucky enough to catch a little miracle like this kolibri, hanging still in the air, just ignoring and denying something as boring as gravity. I’ve seen much better images then this one, and will keep on chasing the perfect picture, but couldn’t resist to share this small and couragious creature with y’all…

Beautiful shot, Ronald.
Great job in quickly selecting the required shutter speed to freeze this little fellow.
I love the backlight of the wings and the upward angle of flight.
