The photo seems a bit overexposed.
Was there a reason you used a +1.3 bias exposure compensation?
Composition would be better if the deer was on the left side of the image
so that it would be facing into the empty space.
An ISO of 400 is probably not necessary with a shutter speed of 1/1600 sec.,
and despite a focal length of 200mm due to the D7000 low light capabilities.
I doubt, however, that 400 adds significantly to noise level and it may well be a good
default for today’s Nikons. I’m thinking of raising my default off-tripod level from 200 to 400
to reduce the possibility of camera shake.
Finally, I would suggest that you move your watermark a bit to the left
so that it would not be so close to the very edge of the image.

I agree with Mandrake. With regards to exposure
I have found that I keep bias around 0 and ISO as low
as possible. Nice pic of the deer but it is lost in the sea of
grass surrounding it. If it wasn’t possible to get a closer shot
I would have cropped this image to highlight the deer. The D7000
(in my experience) has a tendency to blow highlights so I compensate
for that and have fairly good success keeping the brights in check.
Remember – we’re all learning this hobby together and none of us are
perfect so hang in there and keep on posting!!!

Thanks Mandrake and Dale.
Really appreciated your comments and advises.
I was using 3 frame bracketing and two fames were under exposed and the the above one was the better . It was a cloudy and the day light was so dull. Any way the other points are noted, hope to bring good pictues soon.. lol..
