That thing is right to yelling at you, because it is a nice photo! What is it?

Oksana….
I’m sure that you’ve seen this before.  It’s the top of the #13 Bonny Oak Stove.
Mr. B. is peeking out of his tub right beside it……. as always.

I saw this on your flickr account and was trying to figure out what it was.  Nice to see the entire object in context.

He enjoys eating dogs and little children.
He’s dead, Brian.  As far as I know, he’s always been dead.

btw, people…. The topic title is “Stove Top”.
Pretty big hint about what the subject of the photo is…. sigh.

Is he an ex-tortoise?

Are you sure he is not just resting?

Perhaps he is stunned?

Could he be pining for fjords?

E’s not pinin’! ‘E’s passed on! This tortoise is no more! He has ceased to be! ‘E’s expired and gone to meet ‘is maker! ‘E’s a stiff! Bereft of life, ‘e rests in peace! If you hadn’t nailed ‘im to the perch ‘e’d be pushing up the daisies! ‘Is metabolic processes are now ‘istory! ‘E’s off the twig! ‘E’s kicked the bucket, ‘e’s shuffled off ‘is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin’ choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-TORTOISE!!

Oh yeah stove top…I get it now

Brian… stay out of the darkroom for awhile.
Those chemicals are starting to get to you.
