A few pics from Southport Airshow (UK) in September 2012. I took these with a Nikon Coolpix compact camera on auto mode and maximum zoom, and was genuinely surprised (and pleased) with how they came out, given that it was a case of doing your best to pan the camera with the plane, hit the button and hope! Not so bad with the slower planes, but some of those jets move FAST! :D

My favorite is a wing-walker. Love all the smoke coming out of the plane. It looks scary, but cool!

Impressive shots taken with a Nikon Coolpix. I agree that the wing-walker is one cool pic.
The UH-1 and the Lancaster were dark but it appears that the position of the sun was to
blame for that.
