A great shot… well done.

Nice portrait, Intekhab.  One of your best of her.
I would clone out the white streak of light.
It’s distracting and makes one wonder what it is.

I might also tone down the color of her lipstick.
Or… have her wear a different shade next time.
Unless, of course, you like it.

Intekhab… I had not been suggesting that I would make the changes, but….. 
As you have asked, here is what I came up with.

I’ve always had a thing for lip liner.
Sigh….

In Photoshop Elements, for the lips,  I used the Sponge, Burn, Dodge and Blur tools.
I also used the Lipstick Detailed Smart Brush to add back color.
I finished up with the Clone Tool to remove some excess lipstick at the corners of the lips.

I also added a bit of lightness to the eyes with the Brighten Eyes Detailed Smart Brush.
Finally, I removed the white band with the Clone Tool and a small white dot on her cheek
with the Spot Healing Brush.

I think you did a good job with her lips.
Not so good with cloning out the white band in the background.
