We are on the ledge of rip-rap rocks beside the sea shore, and i dont have time the luxury to set my tripod and camera coz we've got there already in the middle of the event so I had to rushed setting my camera as fast as I could, worrying that the event will be over soon. I have to break the rules than missing these shoots.

Camera setting: f/11, 5 sec, ISO 400 (for the 3 photos)

I agree with Oksana about the framing of the shots. Also looking at the third photo you probably shot this hand held the lights on the buildings show a bit of motion, using tripod for night photography or long exposures will give you much better results.

I would just maybe move the frame a bit to the left with fireworks in the rule of third, since you have a buildings on the left and just darkness on the right.
