This morning I tried to get another shot but too bad the sun was blocked by the cloud. Sad to say for so many years I did not realise and observe the sunrise until recently. :-)

Singapore is a free trade port. Everyday there are ships from many countries either pass by or stop over for their trading. We are more like an interchange for trading route. I think u are right, some ship are waiting for permit. From my house I can only see the sunrise but not the sunset as it was block by some of the hight building.
*Silky....I am staying in an HDB (Housing Development Board) flat which 70% of Singapore population lived. I am on the 15th floor and was very blessed to have a direct beautiful Seaview, this is the plus point but the bad points are things that make of metal will get rusty quite easily haha...
