It is not too bad for hand held photo at 1/10 shutter speed. I see more of the motion blur then camera shake. (at least in resized photo). Motion blur can be kind of cool, it shows the people movement. Obviously at ISO 3200 you have a lot of grain, which is visible even in the photo of this size. You could have used wider aperture to lower your ISO a bit. It could also be better to use a tripod or find something to put the camera on it.

is obvious shake, but there is almost imposible to use the tripo, perhaps a monotripo; but do not want to miss the shot, is amaizing busy place and you cannot stand in the midle of narrow street disturbing others. And when you there is like the time machine you go back to the year 1587.
Thank for the comment at least one like you. Let me as a question how did you copy the photo of the video ? with cantasia?

Nice composition. The photo makes you look around the street to see what is going on, much as you would if you were standing there. A busy place with much activity. It would be fun to visit.

The camera shake at 1/10 sec. is obvious. I always try to find a support of some sort, but with this shot... from the center of the street, it would be difficult. The camera position is as it should be... from the center of the street.

I like the exposure for this time of night. Very realistic.
