If you take it with tripode I don't know whst happen, fi was hand held is okey, because the first plane is bluring iso100/ f/22/ 8s a liter time expose to make sea flat silky, In general not bad at all, color tones is beatyfull proper of Golden hour.
Make another those pics are not to easy so don't be afraid keep going.
