It was my understanding that they were "hunting" for places to photograph.
Perhaps the inclusion of their cameras would have indicated this.

its a location hunting shot... we do photowalk in dubai most of the week, before finalising the location, we goes to that place and check if the location is okey for photowalk, this is one of the location hunting shot.
