        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>A very interesting place.  These are obviously tents.<br />
 But... raised in an area which is apparently a permanent site for visitors.</p>
<p>I do not understand the purpose of the large ornamental object<br />
 or the sign with the arrow that reads "520-531".</p>
<p>Very nice image.<br />
 I do not, however agree with Muneer about the watermark placing.<br />
 I suppose I am more conventional. </p>
