<p>Thanks Mandrake. This is actually a sunset shot.</p>
<p>Got it on the first try since I know what I wanted for this shot. I just want the water to be smooth and 30sec. exposure is normally enough to achieve what I wanted. Sun is already on the horizon so I don't need to worry about blown out sky, all I need to do is basically expose the foreground properly.</p>

<p>🙂 Wow, thanks Oksana. No, I just went to shoot sunset. This place is located in downtown Vancouver which is around 15mins. from my place.</p>
<p>Clouds are actually not moving when I took the shot and sun is already on the horizon which makes the filter unnecessary but since I want the water to be smooth, I opted to use 6 stops and need to bump up my ISO to 160 to achieve a 30 sec. exposure.</p>
