and break up the background.<br />
As Mandrake stated - this is going to be a tall building. I worked in<br />
construction for many years and these cranes are used on the ones<br />
that reach the highest.<br />
Picture on completion would be great.<br />

 It is being constructed with an internal climbing Tower Crane.<br />
 These types of cranes build a a few floors at a time from the inside<br />
 and then actually lift themselves to a higher level.</p>
<p>When the building is complete before and after shots would be interesting.</p>
