I think it is sad, but at the same time powerful image. I like your composition, placement of the main subject, as well as texture on the background with foot prints. It is like she is there, but nobody paying attention.

Mandrake, thanks for the comment, actually I was searching in my phone for the behind screen shots, however it's lost. It was 5 inch pipe and the doll kept at the end of the pipe. I tried to convince the viewer that the model is watching outside and enjoying the rain. Also I tried to create artificial rain by using room spray, also external trigger flash fired from top to bring the sunlight through the cave.

My problem with it is that I did not recognize that it was a doll.
I don't really know how you could have made that more obvious.
Perhaps additional lighting from outside the pipe and focused on the doll's face.
