Yep, same figure on the second picture, but we see the back side. The first shot is a catalog picture, and usually it is required to use a featureless white background, so that it integrates better on a web page with other products. I just wanted to show with the second picture how I made the first one, using simple things on my dining room table.

The sculpture is about 18 inches high.

I believe the purpose of the first one was merely
to demonstrate the artists work.
Possibly as a reference to potential customers.
The second one definitely has more depth.
I think the sculpture is very impressive!
Would love to have a size reference on first one
as it is impossible to estimate as it is.
Just a thought on my part.

IMHO.. first one looks like a little to flat, I don't see the depth.
Second is much better.
