Sharpness, color, DoF, composition, framing, lighting, choice of background, sultry look.... all perfect.
The one tiny thing that I would do is photoshop out that part of her dress that the sun shines through, maybe to the first hem line nearest her arm.

Backlight created by the sun (it is pretty low in the sky - around 5.30pm). Face lighted by silver reflector, bouncing the sunlight.
