It is single exposure Image and I used "NIK HDR EFEX PRO 2" and adope photoshop..... the single exposure with high ISO ...
I tried to clean some noise on his face.......

I think HDR totally works for this image. Noise doesn't bother me. HDR effect often will add noise too. That bother me a bit is a pixilation. It is not that big of a deal when image is small, but it might be a problem when you enlarge the image. What software did you use to process it. Was it single exposure?
