Did you increase the contrast in the post processing, bcz the shirt looks as if its shades aren't that black!! Just my opinion....great pic though!!

I like B&W more as well and I like the picture overall. He looks like he is about to say something. The only thing is, I looks like you overdone with sharpening a bit.

Thanks jaydev for the comment...... I am glad that u liked my image (B&W) one. ya u are right the face is over exposed and i did the correction in editing.

nice shot. I like black and white than the color. May be the light is more on the face (over exposed?) however very nice specially the eyes!!
