Welcome to the forum, Jose! thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

Lets talk about pictures. First of all Izzy is very cute.

I like picture #1. I like that her blue eye match the color of the flowers, but I don't like the fact that one of her eye is closed by the flower.

Photo #2. I like the composition and the environment. It creates a natural frame around the subject (the leaves, grass and tree trunks). I don't think that she is taken over by the tree trunks. Because of her colorful outfit, attention still goes to her.

The only thing is her body language. She looks like somebody put her there real quick and run away and she is asking please take me from here, don't leave me. It can be good or bad thing, depending of that you are going for. I would prefer her to be more relaxed. Maybe playing with something.

Photo #3. I like her face expression. Those blue eye! Very cute!

Good job overall! Looking forward for more!

I'ts been awhile since you've joined and we now look forward to seeing your photos.

I love the expression on Izzy's face in the last photo.
It makes you wonder what was in her mind as you pressed the shutter button.

Michael..... Those are not tree trunks. They are the two front legs of a very large elephant.

Hello,

This is my first post in this forum, so I am very excited to share what I do.

These pictures were taken on a cloudy November morning for Izzy's 2nd birthday. I used my Panasonic Lumix GX1, a micro 4/3 camera. In this session, I used both the 14-140 mm Vario lens (ISO-160 f/3.2) and the 35-100 mm f/2.8 constant aperture Vario lens.

I used Photoshop CS6 for retouching.

Thanks.
