Hi Mandrake, is this 'B&W Look 4' available in Lightroom 3? If yes, where can I find?

I like "B&W Look 4" for portraits.
Then make some slider adjustments to taste in the Basic panel.
You will probably have to reduce contrast.

B&W is not bad, but you need to control separate parts of the image when converting them into B&W. What program do you use?

Very interesting portraits! I think I like the first one in color more. I like the second on too, but blow out highlights on your clothes bother me a bit. Did you shoot this in raw. I wonder if you could recover some highlights.
