Thanks Michael.. first I did cloud layer copy, then rotate up side down. Then, reduced the opacity of the particular layer... I am not familiar with masking. Therefore still I was doing ps with lengthy way...

first : this shot has taken with 18-135 mm lens. The top and bottom portions of picture has cropped to get the wild angle lens effect.

Second : has done some post production & manipulation work in PS.
