The whole of this picture is one photo, except for the eyes in the mirror image, on the left eye.

I asked the model to move only the eyes. The two shots were hand-held, I braced myself on the floor and wall, and they had only a slight variation of position that was easily compensated for in photoshop.

I am pretty happy with the result.

Well... they eyes are what let me know it was two shots, so I'll go with that. I really like the shot!
