        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>While trying to restore some prints from transparencies that I took over 40 years ago I began to mess around with the oil paint plug-in in photoshop. I used it on a few of the photos and liked what I saw.  These photos were old, damaged and in the case of a couple over exposed and blurred.
