Thank you for you good thoughts, Dale. It was a bit rough for a time. I was without power for a week and there are still trees to remove from some of our local roads. But, yes.. things are pretty much back to normal and none in my family suffered any serious loss.

I keep track of my postings by activating the "Reply Subscribe RSS Feed" Blue button at the top right of all postings. While certainly not clear, this activates the sending of an E-Mail if the post is commented upon. You may go back and activate or deactivate the button at any time if you wish.

Mandrake - I don't know if you still look on this
posting but I just realized that you were affected
by hurricane Sandy.
I had no idea but I will tell you that we, in Canada
sure felt for all those affected by this catastrophe!!!
Hoping everything is getting back to normal now
and can't imagine the devastation it created.
The news pictures could only give us an idea of
the damage done.
Hope all is well for everyone now...Dale
By the way, living on the west coast of Canada puts
us right on a major fault line so we're waiting for the
BIG quake...if I survive I'll get some pics lol!

Thanks, Dale.
Now that I'm having a second look at it, I'm seeing some places that still need work. Never mind... I'll leave it be.

I'm sure you'll have no problem with PSE. Only thing is that it does take a lot of time. I've got that, being retired and all, but I suppose you've seen my bio.

Think I might just have to look into PSE one of these days. Only hope I'll be

I always use many of the available tools in PSE without keeping track of them. For this, I know that the main tool used was the clone stamp for building the fence, pathways, windows and roof. I used a stock photo of a rainy road for the foreground street and the side street as well, as it was a different coloring. I do not think that I used any layer masking on this work. There were changes in color and lighting as is obvious by comparing the two files. Hope this answers your question.
