Many, many hours spent doing restorations, still have many to do (family photos)
Colorizing a photo is even more time intensive. A lot of it is interpreting what shade of grey scale is about what color.
I have done a couple of them and when shown to my mom, she couldn't believe how close I was.
Of course quality of restoration relys heavily on condition of original print.
