It certainly seems to be working for you.

Like I stated above - this picture really holds your attention by the use

of lighting and colours. The fact that it's also got the "fog-like" appearance

also adds to the overall look to the image.

This whole camera movement thing is a new experiment.
It has it's uses and can be appropriate under the right circumstances.
One big advantage is that you need not bother wit the pod.

This is a picture that I really like.

No, it's not because of the subject matter.

It's the colours and hazy effect you have achieved.
