There is a lot of tension and emotion in it. It almost painful to look at. I just watched Diana - Her True Story movie about Princes of Wales and for some reason it reminds me of her. It could be the picture she saw in her last moments.

It would be great as a dynamic background for something else.  Push your photoshop skills, and put another element in front, a portrait, a person running, Go wild!

This is both a product of camera and post processing manipulation.
I rotated the camera during exposure at f/22 with an ISO of 100 to allow for the maximum shutter time of one second.  
Post processing was done with LR and PSE to enhance color and contrast.
