I like the first picture more. B&W looks a bit flat to me compare to color. Maybe try to play a bit more with it. But I like the image in general. Nice composition. The tracks leading you into the picture. The fact that there is a person in the picture, probably waiting for a train helps to tell the story. I also like a burst of light . Very nice.

Thank you for the information. A great shot. About the tracks... I was asking about the two short tracks that are between the main parallel tracks. About the bridge... I was wondering what it went over... what it was that required a bridge.

Very nice. The little town looks quite inviting. Do you know the purpose is of the curved tracks in front of the leaning man? He was very helpful to remain still for the 15 second shutter speed. The bridge is a bit of a mystery as well. What is it that it crosses?

Hi M. That's the town of Aguas Calientes (Hot springs) known as Machu Picchu Town. The curved tracks are the rail roads as this town is only reachable by trains. Yeah the Man (security of the town) was bussy with his phone and that helped a lot to my pic. By crossing the bridge you get to the market in front of the train station.
