        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I used a photoshop plugin called Fractalius along with my own settings after playing around with the program for a few hours by trial and error.<br />
I made some final adjustments using another plugin called Topaz Adjust and used the Psychedelic filter.</p>
<p>I find the results to be quite interesting and something a little bit different.<br />
