I know that silky means well and sometimes it is hard to understand
what he's saying but I always think he does try to help. It just comes out
really strange sometimes - keep wowing us with those great manipulations.

Silky I do very much appreciate all your comments, in fact I can take any critique with out being offended and I understand what you write pretty well I meant the website that you put the link to, had a language that I didn't understand. I simply don't like when someone doesn't have anything to say, instead of not saying anything they are trying to find a way to put someone down. I had a feeling this is what you tried to do by saying "wait for mandrake critic", also by saying this you put Mandrake in to a category of some one who is out looking to say something negative about every photo in this forum, which is definitely not true.
I like when all of the members of this forum comment on my images and say what they really think good or bad, doesn't matter of there experience in photoshop or photography.
Photography is an art and all of us are different and we all see things differently.
Please don't take my comment as a hint that I don't want you to comment on my photos, I simply ask that if you comment do say what You think of the photo, because your opinion is way more important than an article on some website.

We're all here to help each other and I think that you really
do try and do that.
The manipulations that were achieved by vitfoto are really
cool and I will leave it at that.
I still cant figure out how to use these stupid smileys but here

Excuse me Sr. The link I sent to you was not with the intention to impress you, It refered to how to handled shallows as you usually like to mproves your photos in photoshop.
However I understand now that the bes thing is not comments in your photo or any until I handled better the language, if your fell ofended excuse me was not my intention.

Thank you, I am glad you like the images, but there was no freezing of any action. There was some photoshoping involved here but most of the trick was done in the camera. Each of the images are a composition of two images.
1. I put my camera on the tripod, 2. Got 6 5gal. buckets from home depot, I stacked one bucket on top of each other to have two sets of doubled buckets. Then I put a bucket under each rear wheel of the jeep and doubled bucket under each front wheel (to make the front higher then the back) and put the ramp behind it. Put my girls in the jeep and took a few shots. To simulate the movement and make them excited I used a leaf blower and blowed some air in their faces to make them laugh and also to have their hair wave. 3. After taking enough images I removed the jeep and the buckets (made sure the camera hasn't been moved) I took a photo of a just a back yard. 4. Then in photoshop I layered the two images added a layer mask and erased the buckets. Added a motion blur on the wheels and dropped the shadow from the jeep. Also I added some motion blur to the background to add kind of a panning effect. On the firs image I also added tire tracks on the grass and the ramp. Just to make it clear this jeep goes about 2 miles per hour it probably wouldn't even drive up the ramp, but I see myself trying something like this as a kid.

This looks like a lot of fun! I wish I could do that when I was little, lol. Good composition and timing (frizzing the motion), just can't figure out that is going on this DoF. Did you add some blur in Photoshop?
