I've also checked the net and found nothing in Elements that truly duplicates the Paint Effect in Ps.<br />
Looks like you've cornered the market on this.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Took this pic and posted right out of camera after converting to jpeg.<br />
 Nothing done!<br />
 I played around with the photo for a few minutes in Ps and added some<br />
 colour, highlight from window with matching shadows, and I used the<br />
 paint feature to give it a little softness and depth.<br />
 I looked on Youtube for anything like it in PsElements and so far haven't<br />
 found much to match this one.<br />
 As I progress I'm going to try my hand at hotrods and other stuff to see<br />
