i want to know what makes "Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX VR II Lens" better and more expensive than "Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED AF-S VR Lens" ?!

and what lens is better for me with Nikon 7100 as a beginner?
