<p>Actually I try to take a photo of the moon last month using the ff:</p>
<p>Loony 11 rule</p>
<p>Tripod</p>
<p>LiveView</p>
<p>focal length 200mm (Nikkor 55-200 f/3.5-4.5 lens)</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000">with the VR on</span></p>
<p>and an IR remote</p>
<p>the outcome of the photo is blurred.</p>
<p>And Sadly I cannot try capturing the moon this season (it is currently rainy season in the phillipines)..</p>
<p>I'll try to capture a photo by next month..</p>

 The motor may actually cause more camera shake than there would be without it.</p>
<p>There are exceptions, such as a windy day or during an earthquake.</p>
<p>When using a tripod don't forget to use either cable or timed release.</p>
