All of these are adjustable in the J4, so yes, I believe the exposure lessons would be of benefit. 
The camera does have a "Manual" mode within which both aperture and shutter speed can be set independently.
The ISO setting is otherwise made through menu options.
Aperture and Shutter Priority modes are also available.

I just bought Nikon One J4. Do you think that the exposure lessons are applicable for this camera ?

I don't see a "manual" mode. Can any of you guide me on how to apply these lessons for this camera.
