I think the the second (black and white look 5) is a little too bright. 
The last is interesting, but a bit artificial with the blue tone.

Dale... There is no real "work" involved with this.
Just a single click on the built in presets available in Lightroom.
It is well worth the effort to see what Lr presets can do,
and eventually go about creating your own.

You might want to experiment with some of Lightroom's presets.

The bridge was closing and yes -thanks to your tutorial I figured out how
to add the moon to the image using Ps.
It was a 30 second exposure taken after a boat had passed under the bridge.

it. I wanted to convey that it still had some fight left in it and by taking
a 30 second exposure it seems to become a little animated (to me anyways).
