        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Nice Photo! I really like the light from a window in the lower right of the photo. The star burst from it is very nice. When you are fooling around with post processing you might try adding a moon in the upper left. Oksana has a really good video on that! But moon or no moon it is a very nice shot!</p>

excessive noise to the sky area.<br />
Personally I would have liked two pictures. One<br />
in daylight to see the building as more than a<br />
silhouette. Looks like a very interesting structure<br />
and would like to see it during day also.<br />
Ruins or not.<br />

The composition, color and excellent silhouette compliment each other.<br />
I usually prefer buildings to be perfectly straight,<br />
but in this case I think the camera distortion adds to the appeal.</p>
<p>There does seem to be considerable noise in the sky.<br />
I don't know your settings, so it may have been unavoidable.</p>
<p>Nice photo.<br />
