I really like the mood and how colors of the sky reflected in the lake. I like the contrast of wormer sky and reflection and cooler blue tons in snow. The edge of the lake is a leading curve witch takes the viewer through the photo all the way to the building. The only thing which is bothering me is that fence on the left.

Practice makes perfect. I like how you captured the light and the ferris wheel in motion. Can you post your settings for this and maybe post a few pics of your failed attempts, so we can all figure out what you were not doing right. I will help everyone to learn.
