Yes, I used tripod & my Nikon D90 with its kit lens, ISO 100 , F/22. It was taken when the sun just went out of sight at 05:34 pm. . is that what we called in photography the "magic hour"?

Excellent composition. You have good leading lines, Rules of thirds and looks like the shot was taken during the "magic hour" because the sky still have some blue left in it.

Did you use a tripod? what type of camera/lens , aperture and iso did you use?
