My Apologies I was thinking of another setting.
100-200 ISO, f:5/6, about 1/200 give or take.
Focal length is good with what u have. More the better : )
And definitely a tripod lol.

wizpc1, yes there is much noise , however is sensor noise very dificult to drop without afect details, no in auto will be worst .
I will try this night your suggestion but I don't think risen ISO solve the lens is on its limit beside hand held in a full zoom always shall be 125 or higest remember I am an old man.

I've taken a look at the 9 pics you have, these last 2 are IMO the best ones.
However, I am seeing quite a bit of noise in them so I randomly looked at the exif data.
This last one is: 375mm 1/400 f/6.3 ISO320 this was on Auto no?
While focal length is good, might I suggest Manual mode 1/50 F/5.6 and a ISO between 800 -1000
Of course do adjustments that works best for your camera. But this is a suggestion as a place to start.
