Oksana, I recommend your parents to visit in these orders: 1. Times Square  2. Rockefeller Center  3. Brooklyn Bridge  4. Wall Street  5. 911 Memorial site 6. Freedom Tower observation deck  7. Statue of Liberty (need a ferry ride)  8. Little Italy and Chinatown.  1 and 2 are in midtown Manhattan, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are in downtown Manhattan and 8. Little Italy and Chinatown are next to each other.  It should be enough fun for one day tour.  Please tell your parents "Welcome to New York ".
