Not sure about the light trail, it could be from a car that passed by.

I was really saying to make it look like a painting.
But, come to think of it, I really don't understand the white light trail.
Where is it coming from? Not the taxi.

Very nice, Erwin. It reminds me of several paintings with a similar look.

I've experimented with it by correcting the lens distortion and removing the power lines and light trails.
You might want to give it a try. Makes it look more like a painting, if that's what you're going for.
