I have 2 tripods, "Velbon VGB-3" and "Aria". I seldom use "Velbon" as it is very heavy (but stable) and I use "Aria" quite often as it is lighter and easy to carry. I am using Sony HX100V which is not DSLR but it comes with fixed 30X optical zoom, from the properties details its show the focal length is 5mm.
