I feel like you have to much darkness in the photo. Try to use longer exposure next time or if there is not enough light in the city scape, you could get better resalts after the sunset, when you still have some colors in the sky.

Good composition and I do like the black and the reflections on the river. Also the leading line to the bridge. I might try to lighten the shadows of the buildings to see how it would look.
