I found the "crisp" reflections a bit confusing and distracting.
I didn't really know where to look.

I very much appreciate that Dale let's us "mess" with his "stuff".
As I've said before, everyone is welcome to mess with mine as well.

Pretty cool effect!
Anything is possible with Lr and Ps.
When I post an image I give the right to anyone who wants
to manipulate it to do so. I nearly always take the conservative
approach to manipulation of my images - two reasons...1. I try
to present "almost" what I saw when I took the picture and 2. because
I haven't taken the time to explore Photoshop.
I will have to make time and have the patience understand it one day.
For now I do my manipulations in Lr and so far I'm fairly pleased most of
the time but I really will have to branch out soon and get with it as far as
Photoshop goes.
If you have read this please see if you can figure out what the hell is going
on with long exposures and my lens aperature. I have posted an image that
I purposely blew the highlights on big time to emphasize the problem.
Thanks - Dale.

Alright, as you practically pleaded with me to play, I could not refuse and came up with this.
I added the Lightroom Medium Contrast Curve and increased Clarity by +50.
In Photoshop Elements, I put the town to sleep by turning off most of it's lights so the fleet could rest.
The reflections of the boats (vessels) were altered with the blur, smudge, sponge and burn brushes.

Thanks, Dale, for your offer.

Thanks for the comments Mandrake.
I'm going back there early in the morning so I'll see if I
can improve on some of the shots now that I have the
exposure times and f stops figured out better.
I like the first shot too so I think I'll make sure and get
several shots of those boats from different angles and
distances.
And as far as PF&H - just might do that to one of them.
I have 2 or 3 shots right now that I'm just working on and
will be getting prints made from to see how they turn out.
