Yes, PsE has the filter.  I've experimented with it a bit and have replied to your other post with my result.
Thanks for pointing this feature out.  I'd not noticed it before.

Also used a little technique in Photoshop to magnify the main
subject.
In the last pic I used Ps6 and Went: Filter>Distort>Spherize>Vertical only @ 100%
The result is pretty good and doesn't really warp the image and make it unuseable.
Give it a try sometime.
