Very nice set of photos.

I am in Michael's camp in favoring the second and like that it is
in a portrait aspect ratio to better provide it's sense of height.

Also, in the second, I think you've slowed the shutter speed (1/6 sec) just
enough to soften the flow without making it too milky as 2.5 sec did in the sixth (IMHO).
