        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Rama... Yes, the image was cropped, but only to a 1:1 ratio.  Any more would have sacrificed detail.<br />
At a focal length of 200mm a 1:1 crop would be smaller, but certainly acceptable for web use.  Try it and see.<br />
 (Nikon DX cameras have a 1.5 crop factor.)</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Great shot. was the image cropped? i took a snap with my 200 mm lens one time and could not fill the frame the way you have with 300. i thought i would have needed a 500 mm lens ( for 1.6 cropped sensor camera)</p>

 Long Island had quite a storm last night.<br />
 Me... not so bad, but a town a few miles east received over 11 inches.</p>
<p>Anyway... back to the moon.  If you have trouble finding the Man in the Moon, here he is.<br />
