I use a Nikon D7000 with a 35mm f1.8 and I do post processing
in Lightroom 4
Thx for the comments. I always use the lowest ISO setting possible
but as the 35mm does not have IS I usually set to about 400 or so ISO
to keep the shutter speed faster for a more focused result. In good light
I always set ISO to 100 - lower the better!

This is the actual enclosure that I have taken
shots of the lizards in. The glass is usually
pretty dirty so it is a challenge to get a "clean"
picture but patience usually pays off
The frog (2nd pic) also lives in the same enclosure.
The happy tortoise lives in a large sandy area and
appears to like the taste of large flowers.
