Thanks for the welcome and the comments! I think it's what we call a Mula, a mixture of a horse and a donkey. They are used a lot here, because the are stronger, more stabile and better climbers. You're right, it's kind of leaning over because of the inclination of that part of the road I even straightened it a little, but didn't want to overdo it...

Roland, you will learn soon that we are having a "strait pictures police" here . Mondrake doesn't like when horizon in cricket, lol.

Oksana... I think his name is George. Ronald... Let me add my welcome. Lately we seem to have a number of new posters and that is wonderful. Nice set of photos. I particularly like the fifth. Exposure, focus, bokeh, tonal qualities and composition are all good. I'm not minding the stick behind the bird as somehow, in this case, I think it adds interest rather than being a distraction.I'd straighten the last image as the horse (I really don't think it's a burro) looks about to topple over.

Welcome to the forum, Ronald and thanks for sheering your pictures with us. Good first tries shooting with manual mode! All your images are well exposed exempt #3. It is overexposed, since you can't see details anymore in a white feathers.

I don't want to appear stupid, but what is the name of the animal on the first pictures. It is so cute! I would have it as a pet, lol

Thanks a lot Oksana, it's great to be a part of this since I've enjoyed your lessons already for quite some time now! And to hear from a pro like yourselve that you liked my pictures means a lot to me About the overexposed duck... I think she just hypnotized me with these blue eyes, because I forgot all about the rest of the duck! And about the other animal, its called a Capivara, looks somehow like a beaver, but a lot bigger and heavier. At the end I was just standing in the middle of this group of about 20 animals, a little scared though, because I'm not sure if they can get agressive. I loved the shoot though! Great models for a beginner like myself

Hugs from Brazil!
